How can I know where the petition is? USCIS site just says that they sent the notice, nothing more. Thank you ! Joe Link to comment
Attorney_10 Posted May 18, 2012 Report Share Posted May 18, 2012 Generally, it may take 10-15 days to receive the original approval notice in the mail from USCIS. If it is outside this time frame the petitioner or attorney of record can contact USCIS to place a status inquiry on the approval notice. Link to comment
