Two companies on same address

My employer has two small companies operating from the same address.

One is product based company X and other is consulting firm Y. I am working for a client from last two years on OPT. It will be long term project. Can he offer H1b from the consulting firm. Y, am I going to face any issues. In LCA he gave his mobile number as company phone number.

What kind of problems I will face in the future.
