Old employer which had my H1B denied refiled my H1 again without my permission

I received a H1B rejection notice from company B on Dec 9th but luckily I held a prior H1B through Company A and hence started to receive my payroll through company A.

Now, Company B refiled my H1B after 2-3 months saying that they need an approval for their company's reputation sake and have no intentions of getting me back.

But, now I am worried that if they do get approval, what happens to my current H1 which is with Company A. Do, I have to transfer to Company B?
