smileysilvia Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 My petition processing times: H1B Transfer Premium Processing At VSC Application Recieved: 16th April 2012 RFE Status: April 24th 2012 RFE Documents sent: May 4th 2012 RFE Response Review Status: May 9th 2012 Still waiting for an update If any of you guys went through this process recently or are still waiting for an update like me, could you please reply with your timelines so that we could know the recent trend on the time taken by VSC @ USCIS.
