I have applied for a post of clinical coordinator- something like a research assistant but with more responsibilities, in a dept at a university. They wanted to know if visa can be applied for part-time job (15-20hrs a week)? Please advise. Link to comment
JoeF Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 Sure, it is possible to get an H1 for a part-time job. The number of hours has to be listed on the LCA. They should discuss their needs with an immigration lawyer. Link to comment
