Hi All,

I have applied for my H1B inApril 2012 and H4 for my wife as well. Our applications are pending and now we want to file H1B for my wife through a different employer.

Is this possible, also which status will be considered come 1st Oct if both petitions are approved?

Please let me know what needs to be done.
