3 of us Sussessfully Done with Visa Stamping Today 16th May

We are three in number who attended Visa interview this morning and each of them got approved.

Our interview was at 10: 00 AM but reached the Consulate by 8:40 and went through security check by 9:30 AM. Gave finger prints but took a while as it was busy today and then they called one by one for interview:

Interview 1:

I am a full time employee for my Employer and working for them directly

Vo: Good Morning?

Me: Very Good Morning how are you?

Vo: Whom do you work?

ME: XXXX

VO: What do you do for them?

ME: XXXXX

VO : From How Long u have been working for them?

ME : XXXXX

VO: What is your role?

ME: XXXXX

VO: Your Employer does contract work and has contract workers are you one of them?

ME: No, I work directly for them

VO: You mentioned Solution what exactly you mean?

ME: Our Emplouer get requirements to build reports, dashboards and such will do that and provide it to my employer and he will send the solutions to to clients.

VO: Do you visit the client locations?

ME: I will work from my employer location.

VO: Then gave a white form asked to go through the instructions and collect the passport where I can see my Visa information.

ME: THanks a lot !! and have a nice day..

The interview was only for 2 mintues but I had so many questions..

Interview 2:(Non-IT)

I am a full time employee for my Employer and working for them directly

VO : Good Morning?

Me : Very Good Morning.

VO : Tell me something about ur company

Me : XXXXX

VO : What is ur Qualification.

Me : MS

VO : Do you enjoy ur work?

Me : XXXXX

VO : Was ur Immigration status filed(GC)?

ME : Yes my I 140 got approved and waiting for my PD to become current

VO : Your Visa got approved

ME : Thanks

One more Interview who was EVC Model, and changed his employer recently got his visa. Will share his information shortly:

We are staying in St.Paul Residence and Conference Center, 201 Main Street, Ottawa, K1S5T8.

This is 3 kms away from the US Consulate and will take 5 - 10mins in Taxi with a charge of 10 - 12 Candian dollars. Very nice hotel and at a low price.

Congratulations. I have one question. You all guys got the visa for flat 3 years or till the expiry of the petition, like one year if I797 expire in one year.

Interview 3:

Mine is EVC (Employer --> Vendor --> Client) model.Recently I changed my employer (Around 2 months) I carried Employer, Vendor and Client letter. So he asked me more questions on the responsibilities mentioned in the client , vendor letter.

VO: Good Morning

ME: Good Morning

VO: How long you have been this company (New Employer) .

ME: Around 2 months

VO: Previously you were with another Employer on H1.

ME: Yes

VO: Why you left that company?

ME: Better And Challenging Work Environment

VO: On what Technology you work?

ME: XXXXX

VO: Tell me about your Technology?

ME: XXXX

VO: Do they use database as backend tools?

ME: YES

VO: What are they?

ME: XXXXX

VO: How do you implement security. Folder or Document level?

ME: My Technology related stuff... XXXXX

VO: OK Gentlemen, your visa has been approved and gave a letter which has insturctuions by saying to track on friday afternoon.

ME: Thank you sir and have a nice day!!!
