H1 - Advanced Degree Quota vs Regular Quota

Thanks for answering my previously posted question!

I'm completing 1 year outside US on Jun 22 2012. To get H1 with new 6 years cycle(subject to H1 cap), i think...I cannot come to US before Jun 22. I am not sure, whether H1 through advanced degree quota will be available after Jun 22.

Q:

Any difference in filing H1 through regular quota vs advanced degree quota?

If I file through regular quota?! Will there be any problem later...while filing GC in EB2 or do I need to change my H1 category later?

I will transfer my company after I get the H1- Is there a way if I can come under H1-Advanced degree class during transfer?

Is H1 approval rate better in Advanced degree quota than in regular quota?

=> No difference in regular caps and masters quota caps. Approval/ decision doesn't vary with these caps.
