My new job starts in June Last week ..he is applying now ..documents required

HI All,

I am currently on OPT..working as a consultant..the client is willing to hire me as a FTE..and is willing to do my H1B.The catch being the agreement b/w him and the vendor stating he cant hire me 6months from contract start date.

So the end of 6 months..will be next month end..and the client is willing to apply under this years quota of H1b.

So while applying what are the documents required..will i be needing the present pay stubs from the consultant..please advice me..

Because you are currently on F1, paystubs won't be needed for your H1b. I20 will be needed. Ask to your employer, they will give you compete list of required documents.
