L2 Visa expired. H1 in process. Travel advice needed

I am L2 visa and H1 (applied in this April) is in processing.

I need to travel to India. The L2-Visa is expired and requires stamping to be done

1. Is there any issue expected when I travel on L2 during stamping because H1 is in process?

2. Is there any impact on H1 application or when i apply for Change of status later ?

3. What do i need to keep in mind during stamping and travel
