A week later I had received my L1 approval with I-94 (this is for the L1 extension filed). What would be my current status L1 or H1? Since I'm already having a valid H1 I-94, can I start working for H1 or do I need to first apply for H1 COS before working on H1? Please respond asap. Thanks Link to comment
