Can we do F1-H1 stamping in Mexico or Bahamas or any other country??

Please let me know if anybody did their F1-H1 from Mexico or any other close countries to USA

I see the forum and seems like even in canada it is getting very difficult to get stamped.

I am just throwing this out, if anybody has suggestions, Please feel free to share.

You are not eligible to attend for H1B visa interview in Mexico. I'm not sure about Bahamas. Here is the link for more information about attending H1B visa interview in Mexico.

No, am not sure but I won't suggest you to attend in Europe as they may ask you to attend in your home country. So, I suggest you to go Canada or home country.
