Incorrect Date of Birth During Visa Appointment Process

Hello Everyone,

I have booked the US visa appointment @Vancouver US Consulate using usvisa-info.com.

I have entered incorrect Date of birth while booking the Visa appointment. Its looks like the Passport Number, Date of birth and Nationality fields are locked and changes to these fields cannot be made once the appointment is made. Can anyone please let me know how do i correct the Date of Birth in the Visa appointment application form.

I guess you can create a new account with the new date...Or call the customer service and get it correct.

@ms123 - I had the similar problem and I used "contact us" option to rectify the mistake. Please read the following text on the page you use to sign in

• Carefully enter the correct passport number, date of birth and nationality (the country that issued the passport). This information is required to log back into your account on this Web site.
  
• Please be careful when entering this data because it cannot be changed by the applicant once the record is created. If a mistake is made, please click "Contact Us" (at the top of the page) to ask for a correction.
