Job change after EAD..

Hi, I just received my EAD card after 45 days of application. Can I change my employer now? because my current company is closing and running out of business. I read, as per EAD rules, you have to be with the employer for 180 days. But if he closes the company, my status will be gone.. What should I do? can I change the employer?

I also have a similar question. I have received my EAD in Jan-2012. My employer is likely to lay-off because of dull business.
