I-693: Vaccinations during Pregnancy for I-485

Assuming the dates to be current for filing 485 application for primary and secondary beneficiary, I-693 form for medical examination is needed to be filed by primary and secondary beneficiary.

If the primary or the secondary beneficiary is pregnant at the time of filing 485 application , required vaccinations cannot be administered at that time and postponed till after delivery, civil surgeon will make the necessary reason on I-693 for vaccination requirements not being met.

Questions:

Will USCIS put a hold on case adjudication up until delivery and re-submission of proof of vaccination?

Will USCIS withhold sending the greencard up until delivery of the beneficiary?

If USCIS withholds case adjudication or greencard distribution – will they do it for both primary and secondary beneficiaries?
