harinat
My employer has filed my h1B amendment today. Reson is Change of client and work location. I am planning to have india trip on my personal reasons for two weeks from June 1st week to 3rd week. Can i travel when my H1b amendment is under process?. Usually how many weeks it will take for the processing? Do i expect any question at port of entry while i am returning back if the amendmend has been filed and not yet been approved? Thank you for your time. Thanks, Harinath Link to comment
wiweq
You don’t need to worry about LCA update while travelling. Generally it takes about 1 week. On POE they are more concerned about I 797 and proof of current work. Link to comment
