Transfer approved 797 while in India

I was in US and have approved I 140.

I was in 8th year extension on my H1.

When I moved from company A to B, company B applied for my I 797 transfer and got it approved till June 2013.

I joined company B and after 10 months had to return to India on June 2011.

In January I joined another company in India and till now working there.

If I want to return to USA, can I ask any employer in USA to apply for a transfer of my H1 (which is valid till june 2013) and then go for stamping based on that? I think I can even claim my time outside USA which is almost 10 months now, and add it to my 797 (june 2013 + 10 months = till april 2014)?

Is the above possible?

Can any employer file for 797 transfer or only Company B which sponsored my 797 can get me back to USA?
