H-1B - Visa after 221(G)

I recently appeared for H-1B visa and was given 221(G). I got my visa and will be travelling after a month. As my visa got delayed due to 221(G), my client was not willing to wait and i will be travelling for a different client.

Anyways, LCA will be taken care of before my travel.

1) Is it fine if i get the H-1B amendment filed once i am in the US? Is H-1B amendment mandatory just for the change in client?

2) Will there be any issue at the POE/in the future as the client mentioned in the H-1B petition is different from the one i will be working for?

3) Will there be any issue at the POE/in the future if i travel after 2 - 3 months?

Please clarify.

Ideally, LCA should be updated with new location job duties before it’s started. At POE they are more concerned about your I797 and existing current job.

One question, how much time it took for you to get the H1b visa after getting 221g.
