How to validate H1 applying Consultancy Credentials

Hello,

I contacted one of the H1 consultancy firm based in VA. He agreed to apply for my wife's H1. I am not sure whether the company is genuine or not. Is there any way I can get more details about the company before proceeding further.

Please suggest.

=> If they are asking for H1b fees or "guarantee money", consider them as fraud and report to ICE. Before agreeing filing H1b for your wife, they should have legal job for her. Ask them about the job, location, current employees, first salary date and projects. Remember, paying H1b is illegal, and these days USCIS is cracking down to the people who are neglecting H1b regulations.
