H1B transfer approved and change in Client location before joining them...

I am currently working on H1B visa in a full-time position for company A and a software consulting company B helped me with H1 transfer.

- Consulting company B filed for my H1B transfer(premium processing) after I got an employment offer from Client X for 6 months in Texas(LCA approved as Software Eng. in Texas) with a start date from May 7th.

- My H1B transfer got approved in 5 days after petitioning for transfer through software consulting company B (with work location based out of Client X's location in Texas).

- However, I am obligated to work (due to personal reasons) for 1 more month for my current Employer A and did not join Client X on May 7th and may not be able to join Client X later if I wait for 1 more month.

- Can I join the consulting company B (since my H1B transfer is approved), if I find a project with Client Y in a different location (say Virginia for ex.) after 1 month?

- If Yes, should I apply for an H1B amendment before joining Client Y since the location is in a different state than the original H1B transfer petition?

- Also, would there be any potential issues with H1B ammendment since I did not even work for the Client X in Texas where my LCA was approved while petitioning for H1B transfer?

I would truly appreciate your advice in this regards.
