Email notification received date is different than the received date on USCIS website

Hey All,

Filled H1b transfer by new employer on 05/1. Fedex Received date 05/03 .Email got 2 days back from USCIS says received date 05/03 but on USCIS website it says received on 05/09. Now I am confused which one have to take into consideration ? New employer wants me to start ASAP but I am not ready to do so due to bad history of mine. (1 time h1 rejected, **** student for 6 months , 1 year H1 approved status ).

Is there someone as who has this kind of situation ?

Happened to me too.

We responded RFE through fax on 05/04/12 But online status says they received 05/09/12, Hope we have to consider the date as its online status.

I understand your side but in my case both dates have been provided by USCIS so not sure which one has to take into consideration to count 15 days.
