manny_e Posted May 11, 2012 Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 Hi, I have an LCA that is 48,000. My offer letter states double that amount. Would that impact chances of H1 getting approved? Also, will the lca have a range between 48k and 70k? Since I was informed there is such a range on the lca. Please let me know. Link to comment

wiweq Posted May 11, 2012 Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 Employer is free to pay you anything higher than prevailing wages. Just make sure the duties and location should also be matching. LCA has no range; mainly it has the minimum prevailing wages for given job duties and location. Link to comment
