antzbuzz Posted May 11, 2012 Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 I140 approved through previous employer in EB2 category with PD Dec 2007 I140 approved through current employer in EB2 category with PD Oct 2009 PD was not ported Filed I485 in Feb 2012. Got EAD and FP completed in March 2012. Is there an option to interfile or port to the previous PD i.e Dec 2007. If yes, what are my options? Link to comment
