naani
Hi, My friend is on OPT extension now. Her OPT ext. is ending in June. She is on a project now which will end in june too. She is planning to file H1 in a week or two.She got a client letter from current project stating, " She is working till date, and will be here until required" . Do they need to mention the end date of the project in the letter? Please reply. Thanks Link to comment
wiweq
H1b is filed by the employer. Its their property as they pay for it. A good employer knows how to take care of their property. Client letter/ project contract these are something an employee shouldn't interfere. Let your employer do their job, you do yours. If the employer is unaware of H1b regulations, refer them an attorney or better to leave the H1b ignorant employer. Link to comment
