Need urgent help regarding H1b visa filing

Hi,

My employer is filing a H1b visa for me ....i am on H4 right now.

For Filing my petion i need to submit my husbands paystubs,and some copys of his document..

But the problem is that he is in the process of changing the employer...if i submit the document from his

current employer...will that create any problem for my h1b?? because he will be joining his new employer in

3-4 weeks time.

Yes, you need evidence that he is currently maintaining H1 status.

No Problem at all. It just requires to submit latest current employers pay stub. If he changes in between then it should not create any problem.
