VJohn001 Posted May 9, 2012 Report Share Posted May 9, 2012 Hi All I was on H1B visa for 3 year than moved to India for 13 months and than entered United States on H4 visa after 1 year one month.Then have applied for my COS to H1B visa this April 2012 ,got my H1B visa approval and my start date is 1st Oct 2012. My question is,Do I come under new quota or old quota,As I was on H1B visa before.If I does not come under new quota why my H1B start date is 1st Oct 2012 what this mean I confused. Link to comment
