I have a valid I-94 till June -30 and my H1-B renewal is in progress from company A .Now i have an offer from company B can i transfer my visa to comapny B after June-30 when renewal is in progress .

Yes, you need to add the renewal receipt with the new H1b transfer. This will make sure to USCIS that you have arrangements to maintain your legal H1b status. To make it faster ask your employer to do it in PP. Employee can also pay for PP fees ($1,225).

Wiweg thanks for the reply ..Do we need to have the renewal also to be approved for the H1b transfer approval . Can i file my transfer even after my I 94 expiry ?

If the renewal was initiated before I94 expiry, you can use the renewal receipt for H1b transfer. The renewal need not to be approved. Again, an experienced attorney can assist in better way.
