Sunil V George Posted May 9, 2012 Report Share Posted May 9, 2012 Hi, My H1B application for CAP -2012 was landed on RFE. As USCIS site the same notice has send to the Employer on March 15 2012. But my employer/Attorney didn't receive the notice yet. How can we solve this? Link to comment
