Please let me know the merits of the following options for me to stay in the country after 6 years 1) Can I stay on H4 on my wife's visa she is still on H1B and she has another 2 years left? 2) Can I change to F1? *My employer has filed my labour last August 31st 2011 and it was rejected and he has submitted again this February.
