URGENT---H1 B Stamping New Delhi

Hi-

I came to US as F1 student in 2006. I took all the courses but couldn't get a degree because my GPA was less than 3.0. Right after school I applied for H1 B on 2008 based on my bachelors degree.

I worked with a consulting firm till 2008-2011 in E-V-C model. On 2011 I joined vendor and worked directly with client. On 2012 I got a full time job with a big know company in silicon valley.

Now its been more than 6 years I went to India. My visa with new company is till 2013. I wanted to get travel this month and get visa stamping from New Delhi.

Questions.

1. Is not doing my masters going to affect anything? I took all the courses. But my GPA as less. I was a full time student whole time.

2. How is your experience in New Delhi consulate?

3. Is there any possibility of begin stuck in India for months if I have full time job?
