carltie Posted May 8, 2012 Report Share Posted May 8, 2012 Does anyone have an idea if there are any implication for me to switch from my Indian to EU passport while awaiting priority dates to become current ? My husband and I are on EAD and priority date is still not current (you all know that story). In the meantime my parents have a EU passport and applied for me. If I do get my EU passport and surrender Indian passport would USCIS trigger a RFE ? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you! Link to comment
