EB2 or EB3?

Hi,

I started working on H1B in Oct 2007. Prior to that, I had 7 years of experience in my field of employment. Combined that with my BE degree which equated to the US BS degree, am I eligible for EB2 or should I apply under EB3?

Also, is the experience that I obtained after 2007 counted? I am with the same employer.

for EB2, 4 years Bachelor degree + 5 years of experience(prior to current employer's employment start date)
