The until date in I-9 Form

Hi,

My OPT was recently approved by USCIS and later on my H1B was approved as well.

My new hire will get start in 1st,Jun this year,2012.

Because I have to use my OPT before Oct.1st when my H1b take effect, I will use my OPT to work during these period.

How do I write the until date and Alien# in my new I-9 form?
