I submitted my docs then my client was contacted by by kcc fraud prevention unit to fill a questionnaire, then one day somebody from the embassy called and asked some questions and asked to submit w2 at a fraud prevention unit email Id of state.gov. I've got extremely frustrated now. Does anybody has an idea if it's going to take ling as it seems my case is with Fraud prevention unit? I have an option on going on H4. should I wait for H1b? I'm missing my husband badly now . What should I do? Link to comment

Your options - Best option: Go for H4, get the stamp and once you return you can always COS to H1 (either existing H1 or new H1). Second best: File for new H1 with direct client (or prime vendor), apply under PP and on approval re-appear for stamping. Link to comment
