2011 H1B is in RFE,applying new H1B in 2012-need advice

Currently i'm at US on H4 and H1B applied in 2011 is at RFE and another employer is ready to file h1b for 2012.Here are my questions.

1)can the second employer apply H1B when 2011 is at RFE status ?

2)if both are approved,can i have 2 H1Bs ?

3)If inbetween the First H1B gets approved,then can i transfer my H1B to second company ?

=> Yes. Every H1b filing is separate. No connection with other H1b processing.

2)if both are approved, can i have 2 H1Bs ?

=> You can have 10s H1b at a time, but you have to maintain at least one by working for that employer and getting paid by them.

3)If inbetween the First H1B gets approved,then can i transfer my H1B to second company ?

=> If you maintain status you can do COS/ extension any time to H1b. Again, no connections in H1b processings.
