Would there be a transit visa to USA ?

Hello All,

In an unfortunate scenario, would US consulates in border countries like Mexico, Canada, consider giving a transit visa for couple of weeks atleast, for those whose H1B stamping was denied, to help them pack their stuff back in US and leave gracefuly. If they don't , can we request them. It is tough to leave to home country, right away from Canada/Mexico, leaving the belongings back in USA. After all, you can't pack everything with you, when going for stamping.
