EB2 Qualification for a 3 year degree

I have 3 year bachelor degree with 10 years of experience in IT industry

I have an 2 year M.B.A from distance mode

Will I qualify for EB2 quota?

I heard that for 3 year degree you need to add 3 years of experience to make it to equivalent 4 year degree. if this is true and will i qualify in that case?

What other chances i have to qualify for EB2 quota?

You heard WRONG INFORMATION.

A 3-year degree would only count IF it was an excellerated prohram that contained the same course work and credit hours as a standard 4-year degree in the U.S.
