H4 visa, I539 approved - visa re-stamping required for going out of USA

Recently my H1 was transferred to a new employer in Feb 2012 from a old employer.

My spouse I-539 is also approved along with my above H1 transfer (she had H4 visa stamped already with old employer).

Now my spouse is traveling to India for a short vacation of just 2 months and

and her passport has Visa stamped with petition name as old employer (this visa expiry is next year 2013 Dec) and she is traveling for just 2 months now this year & returning in Sep 2012 this year.

So basically both of her H4 visa (stamped with old employer) and I539 (new employer) are in valid dates when she returns back to USA in Sep 2012.

Does she need to get the Visa stamped in India if she is going out of USA in this case?

She can use her existing H4 Visa and your new H1 approval notice to travel to US from abroad.
