I-140 Premium/Regular, 5 months to go.

Hello,

I am completing my 6 years of H1B this September and have PERM approved. Not sure if I should go for 140 regular now (and upgrade to premium later) or direct premium processing. I have both options available but premium can only be started 60 days before (Aug 1st) the expiry of my H1B.

The reason I ask this is because I am not sure which option gives me more time to respond to a RFE (just in case). I wish to be better equipped for it as my 6 years will expire in Septemer and I am not eligible for 1 year H1B extension. My case is EB2.
