Can I continue to work on L2 EAD if H1B is approved and after 1st Oct

Hi,

I am currently working on L2 EAD with employer A.

My L2 Visa and EAD will expire on July 2013.

H1B is filed for me by another employer B.

If my H1B gets approved,can I continue to work on L2 EAD even after Oct 1st till my L2 EAD expires i.e july 2013?

And thereafter can I move onto H1B?

The L2 and with it the L2 EAD are gone, invalid, as soon as the H1 kicks in.
