Question regarding Overtime at work place

Hell,

Can we say we work overtime at client location, when VO asks about it? The paystubs do not show overtime pay but mentions about the hours worked.

Approved timesheets show more that 40 hours as well.

Please help.

That is fine.He saw my paystubs with overtime but didnt ask me anything. He compared two pay stubs one without extra hours and the other with extra hours..

It depends on if you are payed hourly or if you are paid a salary.

Different states have different rules for overtime pay if people are paid hourly. Generally, you have to get paid more for overtime.

Salaried employees are generally exempt, so don't get overtime pay.
