Can i Sponsor My Daughter?

My name is SANJIV KUMAR. I am a US citizen and i want to sponsor my daughter who is residing in India..but there is 1 problem that spelling of my name in her passport is SANJEEV KUMAR and all her educationals and identity proof's as SANJEEV KUMAR whereas i have all my legal documents and identity proof's in US as SANJIV KUMAR.And my wife's name in all my daughter's Indian documents and passport is SUNITA BATRA whereas my wife's name in all legal documents of US is SUNITA KUMARI. is there any solution to my problem? And can i sponsor her? Please tell me the procedure for this as well.
