H1B VISA..Part time(URGENT)

I am on H1B VISA and the company sponsering my H1B says on LCA that the employment would be part time.But in the email says the emloyement would be full time salaried .I would be given 30 to 44 hrs per week .It is OK to sign the LCA and send.Plz suggest.
