ksribhas
Today I got an L1 visa stamped in my passport pursuant to a blanket L of my employer. I noticed that the visa stamp does not specifically say A or B , it only states L1. When I went to the consulate the I-129S filled by the employer stated the position was for a manager. The consulate returned the I-129S stating everything was electronic with them. My employer intends to file EB1-C GC once I am in US. Questions: 1) What document would prove that I am on L1-A? 2) When they file GC , how would they indicate that I am already on L1-A Thanks Link to comment
