After completing H1B, entering to USA on L1/B1

After completing 6 years of H1B and returned back to India, do we need to have some specific time gap to enter United States on L1/B1 or can we enter to USA on L1/B1 immediately i.e., after a month or two months.

First, for an L1, you have to have worked for the employer abroad for at least a year in the last 3 years.

Second, a B1 is for attending meetings and the like. Some prominent Indian consulting company is accused of having violated the B1 rules, so getting a B1 would probably be rather hard right now.

6 years quota is for H1b + L1. Stay outside of USA for 12 months to get new quota of 6 years.
