I-129 Question - Urgent

Hi all,

I'm planning to go for visa interview this may.Part 4 of my I-129

Part 4: Processing Information:

If the beneficiary named in part 3 is outside united states or a requested extension of stay or a change of status cannot be granted , state the us consulate or inspection facility you want notified if the petition is approved

and below that Consulate is checked and Office address(city) box is filled with Hyderabad

so does it mean that I've to attend my visa interview only in Hyderabad, please let me know if that's the case
