Applying GC having Indian Citizenship, but have African country Birth Cert.

I am citizen of India and on H1. I am about to start processing in EB2.

But my wife is on H4 and has birth certificate from African country. She is having Indian citizenship and passport. Is there any change in the processing times or any other way to get GC early than regular process.

She can get that country citizenship as well if required. Please guide me.

Country of birth is always what matters.

You can use cross-chargeability to get counted in the quota for your wife's country (which would be ROW.)
