dingi2185 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Share Posted May 2, 2012 Hello, my employer applied for my LCA and when i called them for the documents they said that they did not get the attachment form oflc. is there any way to contact them(OFLC),or any number so that i can tell them and expedite the process. wiweq Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 An employer is legally bounded to give you a copy of LCA. If they deny, you can complain using WH4 on your state's DOL website. Link to comment
