Different company name on visa & I797

I work for a US based company XXX (formarly knwon as YYY). When I moved to this company all my document Labor Certification, I-129, I797 has company's current name XXX. But when I got my H1 visa stamped at Mumbai Consulate, for some reason name printed my visa is YYY. I didn't notice that at that time, and I travelled to India twice without any issues. POE officer never asked me anything about the company name.

Since I noticed that now, is that a problem? Do I need to get it corrected?

No problem. At POE, just make sure Visa is unexpired and you have current valid I797. I too have visa with completely different employer and I797 with different employer.
