swetha_p123 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Share Posted May 2, 2012 I have applied for h1 for this FY2013 and got approval for 1 year. I work in EVC Model. How ever I have got client letter and vendor letter. Mine is an on going project so they have not mentioned any dead line in the letter. My lawyer told me that she would send an email to immigration if they can validate my credentials again and extend my approval for 3 years? Will it work?? Did any one have this experience? Plz reply.
